Hello,

I'm new to the T-34 series this year. I've been flying since 2004 and raced RC boats for about 15 years before that.  I'm looking for a SCCMAS based team to join for the Team Challenge.

I'm also looking for someone to carpool to the the Fresno/Madera races this year too. I've got S10 Blazer or gas money. Either way is fine with me.

Thanks,

Chris Attebery

Robert,

I'm located in Gilroy. As I said I'm new to racing planes.

Previous to taking up flying I had 2 district titles and 2 national titles in RC boats. I also called for others who won district titles the years I worked with them.

My understanding is that the caller keeps track of laps, who has cuts, and generally keeps the pilot out of trouble. I've raced with some guys who didn't want anything more than lap counts. Others I've called for wanted me to tell them which lane to use, lap counts, who was leading, tell them which way to adjust their mixture, etc. It's really up to the pilot.

I generally fly during the week on my lunch break. If you're available maybe we could meet to get some practice and go over the caller's duties. I'll send you my cell number via PM or Email.

Thanks,

Chris

Robert,

Are you going to team up with Dennis and/or Jim at all?

I think Rick Maida may also be looking for some team mates...I will send you his email address if you want.

Kevin,

It looks like Robert and I will be teaming up this year. He might have another Pro, so we could use an Expert.

If you have any Experts that are looking for a team please let us know.

Thanks,

Chris

Dennis said he would like to join the team if Rick is.  Dennis will be flying in Expert class.
